I have been collecting cameras for nearly 20 years. Starting out with basic folders from the pre 1920's the collection has gradually expanded to cover a wide range of cameras from as early as 1870 through to 2004, though one could hardly call cameras of the last 20 or so years vintage.
The core collection nowfocuses on Wood & brass, Subminiature and Art-deco cameras from the 1930's, that quintessential period where art & design collided with cameras to create a marvellous range of decorative but functional cameras, especially that masterpiece of design the "Kodak Bantam special" by Walter Dorwin Teague who let the way in terms of classic deco designs of the time with Kodak.
Cameras for Sale
Here are a selection of some cameras available for sale. I expect to
add more cameras to this list during 2006 as I have been travelling
for a long while. So do look in again.

A wide range of art deco cameras were made during the 1930's with Kodak being the biggest manufacturer of such cameras. so it is not suprising that Kodak cameras tend to be the most collectible. Often they would simply produce a range of different coloured cameras, but it is the enamel and chrome ones that are most coveted. A number of models were also specially commissioned either by individual organisations or to commemorate and event.
